Global Mobile ticket

You may use mobile tickets as follows.

STEP 1

Select Mobile ticket

Select "Mobile Ticket" as the ticket reception method to complete the booking.

Only bookings that were made with "Mobile Ticket" as the ticket reception method may be used as mobile tickets.

STEP 2

Enter email (Global web)

Mobile tickets will be sent to the email address provided for booking information.

If you have not received an email, please see the bottom of the guide for "confirmation of mobile tickets through My Page."

Mobile tickets
Mobile tickets can be checked through the following two methods.

Check the booking
completion email.

See the Check Mobile Ticket button at the bottom of the booking confirmation email before entry.

Check mobile tickets
in My Page

Check the booking list in bookings cancellations in My Page before entry.
Check the performance's mobile ticket button.

Enter the venue with a mobile ticket.

Notice

  • The code will be visible when entry begins, and the time of entry may vary according to the circumstances at the performance venue.
  • A screenshot of the ticket cannot be used.
  • Paper ticket will not be provided if you choose to receive a mobile ticket.
  • For quicker entries, please prepare to present your mobile ticket beforehand.
  • Affiliated mobile tickets will not disappear even after the performance is completed.(Limited to bookings made after October 2020)
